The Westside has long succeeded in growing the economy by attracting investment and jobs from key industries such as computer & electronics, bioscience, and advanced manufacturing.  Given the push at the legislature to attract even more big industry into the region, do we have the infrastructure to support what could very well be coming?  Portland General Electric, NW Natural, Clean Water Services and Genentech will sit together for an in-depth conversation about infrastructure development.
